XSD Sand washing machine is a wheel bucket type high-efficiency sand washing equipment used with sand making machine. It is mainly used for washing, grading and dewatering of quartz sand in gravel factories, construction sites and glass factories.

XSD Sand Washing Machine Working Principle

When the sand washer is working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the V-belt, reducer, and gear. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feed tank, roll under the impeller, and grind each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, while destroying the water vapor layer covering the sand grains to facilitate dehydration; at the same time, add water to form a strong water flow Take away impurities and foreign objects with small specific gravity in time and discharge them from the overflow of the washing tank to complete the cleaning effect. The clean sand and gravel are taken away by the leaves. During the slowly rising process, the water starts to infiltrate through the sand net and fall into the washing tank. One will form sand and gravel dehydration, and the other will make full use of the water source to save water. Then, the gravel is poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the gravel cleaning operation.
